You have 7 calendar days after receipt of your order to inspect your bottles and ensure everything meets your expectations. Please inspect for any damage, defects, or inconsistencies with your order.
BottleSales accepts returns and exchanges on unused products in original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom branded bottles.
To start a return, please contact us at support@bottlesales.com with your order details. We will provide instructions specific to your return request.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivery date. Please retain the tracking number and shipping confirmation until the return is completed.
Once received and inspected, we will process an exchange or refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are provided for cost of goods only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
BottleSales must be notified of any damage or defects within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will arrange replacement items for damaged or defective products at no additional cost.
